Rebecca SmithRebecca Smith, Executive Director

Rebecca Smith is the Executive Director of LMH Endowment. She joined the team in April 2017, after serving as the executive director of communications and advancement at KU Libraries for more than 10 years. A communications strategist, she has led efforts in marketing, communications, and media relations, annual giving and major gifts at KU and in roles at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Nebraska Foundation. She has experience in constituent relations, branding, communications planning and crisis communication. Rebecca holds a master's degree in strategic communication from UW-Madison and an undergraduate degree in advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tiffany HallTiffany Hall, Annual Giving and Events Manager

Tiffany is responsible for the annual giving portfolio for the Endowment Association. She creates partnerships with individuals, businesses and community leaders within the LMH service area.

Tiffany manages fund generating events for the Endowment: Catch-A-Break, Hearts of Gold, the Penny Jones Golf Tournament, and Rock the Block-Kick Cancer. She promotes leadership and networking opportunities with Women United in Healthcare Philanthropy and the LMHEA Annual Meeting. Internally, she oversees the Employee and Physician Giving Campaign and the annual mail appeal, creating opportunities to provide expendable annual revenue to projects outside of the hospital operational budget.

Erica HillErica Hill, Finance Manager

Erica Hill is the Finance Manager for the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association. She graduated from the University of Kansas with an undergraduate degree in Human Biology and earned a master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from Friends University. Before joining LMH in October 2013, Erica worked at JCPenney for over 10 years. During this time she chaired several committees, participated in corporate initiatives and was responsible for managing overall store operations.

As the Finance Manager for the Endowment Association, she manages the finances, implements strategic directions related to operations and finance, and leads key initiatives to streamline operations, track strategic plan objectives and analyze donor trends and projections. Hill is also engaged in her community and serves on board for the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence and volunteers for numerous committees and advisory councils.

Earl ReinemanEarl Reineman, Major Gifts & Planned Giving Manager

Earl Reineman is the Major Gifts & Planned Giving Manager for Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, and has lived in Lawrence since 1974. Earl joined the LMHEA staff in September 2013, and oversees the major gifts and planned giving activities for the organization. Earl is responsible for cultivating relationships between LMHEA and potential major and planned giving donors.

Previously, Earl was the Vice President of Weaver’s Department Store for 24 years. He has been very active in the community, serving on the Boards of Directors of Leadership Lawrence, United Way, the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Lawrence, Inc., and other organizations.

Amy Addington, Development Assistant

Amy Addington is the Development Assistant for Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Association. Amy joined the staff in November 2017 and assists with all aspects of the LMHEA program. 

Amy grew up in the Kansas City area and previously worked in the insurance and hospitality industries. She enjoys volunteering at her children's schools and as a Girl Scout troop leader.
